How can I book?
Pre-booking is recommended to avoid disappointment. You can book in advance online by clicking here.
Can I change my booking?
If you need to change your original booking, you can easily rebook here.Please note, booking changes can only be made up to 24 hours before your original scheduled time.
Do I have to book in advance?
We advise booking in advance where possible to avoid disappointment. However, we do offer the flexibility to pay on arrival using a cashless self-service kiosk in the reception area, subject to session availability.
When should we arrive for our session?
Please arrive promptly for your session start time, to allow up to 15 minutes to pick up your skates before your time on the ice begins. We will have lots of people wanting to get skates, so the earlier you arrive the better! You can always grab a drink at our Alpine Terrace while you wait.
Where can I store my belongings while I skate?
We offer a cloakroom service for only £1 for the duration of your session.
I’ve got a large group booking, do I get a discount?
Of course! If you have a group of 10 – 19 people, tickets drop to £12.50 per person, a saving of up to £1.00 per person. Groups of 20 people or more tickets drop to £11.50 per person, a saving of £2.00 per person.
Do you have skate aids?
Yes we do! We have our friendly penguin skate mates available to hire. Limited availability, first come, first served.
Do you supply ice skates?
We have a wide range of ice skates for children and adults. You are more than welcome to bring your own and show off your skills on the ice at no extra charge.
What can I do if I don’t want to skate?
No problem, we have our themed Alpine Terrace which offers a wide range of festive drinks, hot drinks and snacks, perfect for supporting your family and friends on the ice.
